2021-2022シーズンから横浜GRITSの監督として活躍した浅沼芳征監督が、契約期間満了により今シーズンをもちまして、退任することを決定しました。

今シーズンをもちまして、監督を退任いたします。
先ず始めに、GRITSファンの皆様、今季もチームに沢山のご支援・ご声援を頂き、誠に有難うございました！
チーム創設時から、選手との伴走役として5年、多くの方々のサポートのお陰でここまで走ってくることができました。
コロナ禍に船出したGRITSは、苦難の連続でした。
試合のできない1stシーズン、遠かった初勝利、3rdシーズンで悲願のホーム戦勝利。
簡単ではありませんが、もっと勝たせてあげたかった。そう思います。
そこには諦めず鼓舞してくださる皆様がいつも寄り添ってくださり、熱い応援にいつも励まされました。私にまでお声掛け頂いた皆様のお顔、忘れません。
辛くも悔しいことの方が俄然多かったはずですが、それでも総じて「ワクワクで、エキサイティングで、シアワセな日々」でした。ステキな時間を有難うございました！
最後に、チームを支えてくださった運営スタッフ、ボランティアの皆さん、そしてチームスタッフ、臼井代表、御子柴GM、ボクを信じて一緒に走ってくれた歴代の選手達、感謝しかありません。
そして、常に影でサポートしてくれた妻智子、有難う。
GRITSの発展を、誰よりも心から願っております。

I have decided to step down as Team Director at the end of this season.
First of all, I thank all GRITS fans for your support and encouragement to the team this season!
In my five years as an escort runner to the players, I have been able to run this far thanks to the support of many people.
GRITS has been through a series of hardships since we set sail in the midst of COVID-19.
The first season when we couldn’t play many games, the first victory that was so far away, and the longed-for victory at home in the third season. It was not easy, but we wanted to win more. There were always those who never gave up and inspired us with positive words, and we were always encouraged by their passionate support. I will never forget the faces of all the people who even called out to me.
There were many more hard and frustrating times, but all in all, it was “exciting, thrilling, and happy days”. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Finally, I would like to thank all the staff and volunteers who supported the team, as well as the team staff, CEO Usui, GM Mikoshiba, and all the players who believed in me and ran with me through the years. I would also like to thank my wife, Satoko, who has always supported me at every moment.
I sincerely wish GRITS to grow and develop more than anyone else.
See you all again, someday, somewhere!

チーム創設から5年間、どんなときも選手たちのそばで、共に走ってくれた浅沼監督。
コロナ禍でのチームスタート、勝利の難しさ、そしてホーム初勝利の感動。
ひとつひとつの節目に、監督の熱い想いと覚悟がありました。

「もっと勝たせてあげたかった」
この言葉には、勝敗以上に、選手とチームへの深い想いが込められていると思います。
その姿勢に、僕たちも何度も背中を押されました。

この5年間のすべてに、心より感謝致します。
